These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of swimfresh.co.uk and to any order you place with us for SwimFresh products. By browsing the site or placing an order you agree to these Terms.

Products
SwimFresh is an after-swim care spray for use on skin and hair after swimming. Product descriptions on this website are for general information. Always follow the label on your bottle. SwimFresh is not a medicine and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Orders and contract
When you place an order you make an offer to buy. We accept your order when we send an order confirmation email (or when payment is successfully taken, if earlier). We may refuse or cancel an order (for example if a product is unavailable, pricing is incorrect, or we suspect fraud). If we cancel after payment, we will refund you.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and are as displayed at checkout. Payment is taken via the methods offered at checkout (including card payments processed by our payment providers). You must provide accurate billing and delivery details.
Shipping
We currently ship within the United Kingdom. Delivery options and costs are shown at checkout. See our Shipping Policy for more detail. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary.
Subscriptions
If you purchase a subscription product, recurring charges will be taken according to the plan described at checkout until you cancel. You can manage or cancel your subscription via your account or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect for future renewal periods after we process your request.

Website use
You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not misuse the site (including attempting to disrupt security, scrape content at scale, or use the site for unlawful activity). Content on this site (text, branding, images) is protected by intellectual property rights and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under UK law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. UK consumers may also benefit from mandatory local rights in their place of residence.
