This Shipping Policy explains delivery for SwimFresh orders placed at swimfresh.co.uk.
Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.
Delivery options and costs
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £3.95 per order
- Free UK Delivery — on orders of £25 or more
Available options and the final cost are confirmed at checkout before you pay.
Dispatch and delivery times
Orders are usually prepared and dispatched on business days. Tracked services aim for next working day delivery after dispatch, but this is not guaranteed. Delays can occur during peak periods, adverse weather, or courier disruption.
Order tracking
Where tracking is available, details will be provided in your dispatch or shipping confirmation email when your order leaves us.
Failed delivery
Please ensure your address and contact details are correct. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to rearrange delivery or refund as appropriate (shipping fees may be non-refundable if the failure was due to an incorrect address).
Damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@swimfresh.co.uk with your order number and photos. See also our Refund and Returns Policy.
