Return period

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, when the product is unused and in its original condition and packaging where possible.

Return conditions

• The bottle is unopened and unused. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept used spray bottles.
• Original packaging is included where possible.
• You have proof of purchase, such as the order number or the confirmation email.

How to return

Email hello@swimfresh.co.uk with your order number and the reason for the return. We will confirm the next steps and the return address.
