Products
SwimFresh is a pre-swim care spray for skin and hair. Descriptions on this website are general information. Always follow the label on the bottle. SwimFresh is not a medicine and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Orders and contract
When you place an order you make an offer to buy. We accept the order when we send an order confirmation email, or when payment is taken if that is earlier. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, a price is incorrect, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after payment, we refund you.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) as displayed at checkout. Payment is taken by the methods offered at checkout. You need to give accurate billing and delivery details.
Shipping
We currently ship within the United Kingdom. Delivery options and costs are shown at checkout. See the delivery page for the details. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can vary.
Subscriptions
If you buy a subscription, recurring charges are taken on the plan described at checkout until you cancel. You can manage or cancel a subscription from your account or by contacting us. Cancellation applies to future renewals after we process the request.
Returns and refunds

Website use
You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not misuse the site, including trying to disrupt security, scrape content at scale, or use the site for anything unlawful. Text, branding and images are protected by intellectual property rights and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
Privacy
How we use personal data is described in the privacy policy.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under UK law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. UK consumers may also have mandatory rights where they live.
